Before the Hulkster became The Immortal you know and love, he was the bassist Terry Bollea. His band Ruckus was going strong and well liked in the Florida music scene, but Terry and his new wrestling buddies were growing in a different direction. When the young musician finally decided it was time to pursue his dreams in the circled square, he knew the hard part wouldn’t be the days spent in the gym, the demanding meal plan, or the hard-to-impress sages of professional wrestling.

Terry knew that if he could convince his parents to support his dreams, he could do anything. A few decades later, and the proof is in the pudding, brother.
